DTD’s Administrative Manager, Cynthia De La Cruz, participated as an interviewer for The Hidden Genius Project future cohort at KIPP Compton Elementary School in Supervisorial District 2. The Hidden Genius Project trains and mentors Black male youth in technology creation, entrepreneurship, and leadership to transform their lives and communities. The interviews consisted of three components: motivation, problem-solving, and communication. Cynthia interviewed 6 candidates.
