The Delete the Divide Technology Professional Intern I Pre-Apprenticeship program is a paid internship with the County of Los Angeles, Internal Services Department. Delete The Divide interns will perform assignments and gain experiences in various Information Technology career fields, such as Cybersecurity, IT Support, Geographic Information Solutions (GIS) Mapping and Analytics, Network Operations, Project Management, Social Media Management, Software Development, User Interface and User Experience Design, Technology Infrastructure, and Website Development. The Delete The Divide interns will work up to 240 hours earning $18 per hour with a flexible schedule working up to 20hrs a week. Additional perks include working remotely and/or in-person, community projects, job shadowing, hands-on learning, networking, field trips, mentoring, and more. 

Delete The Divide Technology Professional Intern I applicants must have the right to work in the United States, be between the ages of 16-24 (work permit required for applicants under age 18), is a Los Angeles County resident, and be a member of Delete The Divide (Delete The Divide membership is FREE).
