Snap Inc., the maker of Snapchat, invites all community college students (or recent transfers) to apply for this summer’s 2023 Snap Academies. Each program provides a unique learning experience by working on industry-related projects, gaining career insights from Snap Inc. team members, building relationships with mentors, and developing your portfolio for future internships and work.

All academies will start on June 20, 2023, and culminate with a final showcase on August 16, 2023. Below are the names of the four academies, their focus, and their location.

• ✏️ Snap Design Academy – graphic design focus in Santa Monica, CA
• ‍ Snap Engineering Academy – software engineering focus in Santa Monica, CA
•  Snap Lens Academy – augmented reality focus held virtually via Zoom
•  Snap Storytelling Academy – marketing focus in Santa Monica, CA
