Event Description

Delete The Divide celebrates the impactful role our interns played in the success of the recent Women & AI event, which was designed to propel women and underrepresented communities to the forefront of AI literacy and empowerment. Their dedication and hard work were essential in making the event a standout success. We extend our gratitude to Employ California, sponsored by Google for Government, for their support and partnership. Special thanks to Jen Garcia of Employ California for her exceptional hosting, and to our esteemed panelists, Rebecca Kauma from the Los Angeles County Internal Services Department, Caroline Yap, and Amina Al Sherif from Google. The event delved into critical topics such as digital equity and the future of women in tech leadership. We were also able to giveaway 3 laptops to college students who were in attendance. Together, we are deleting the digital divide!
