The goal of the event is to ignite a collaborative spirit between students who are men of color from various college campuses and leaders who have access to social capital and have the ability to support them. Through the conference taken place at Long Beach City College (LBCC), attendees were exposed to various types of resources to support their academic, personal and professional success.

Delete The Divide (DTD) outreached to hundreds of students. Los Angeles County’s Internal Services Department led two breakout sessions teaching students about DTD, digital equity, and leveraging social media. DTD also gave away 10 laptops to college students.
